I have with my waking eyes seen demons. I have sensed the presence of a guardian angel, as I stood and looked at a situation that would certainly have resulted in my death. Then one day I looked into a pair of eyes as my hand was held and wondered who this was that was there for me. I might have seen that angel, but I really don't believe that they interfere often in the lives of people.

I have always believed that, apart from the regular intervention of angels under God's command, I would likely succumb to the mischief of those angels under Lucifer's command and thus know some or the entire lot of Job's distress. But for the grace of God go I, blessed beyond measure and thankful for it all. And I too have seen the face of the demon held at bay by God's grace.
